Refund & Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 3 days by post or courier from your payment date. It may take 7 days in transit.
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within two days of receipt. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and shipped within two days.
Send us back the complete package with the order number mentioned on the packet. The refund shall be processed once when we receive the material back and after examining its condition. Please allow approximately 2 week’s for your refund to be processed. Also send us an email of your returning the merchandise with the order number mentioned, tracking number, name of courier services through which the refund procedure has been done and also mentioning your bank details to info@modernsurgical.com. We shall credit the amount back to your account after deducting freight amount
